A Busy Weekend
Sunday, February 12, 2012 at 7:07PM This weekend I was hugely busy shooting the FIBT Bobsleigh and Skeleton World Cup as well as the CWHL Team Alberta vs Burlington games in Strathmore and Calgary.
The Canadian skeleton and bobsleigh teams let me tag along and shoot some behind the scenes stuff. I was amazed at how cramped for space the bobsleigh shop got when all of the two-man and four-man sleds were in and getting pre-race work done.
The CWHL game at Winsport was busy as well, with two remote cameras (including a strobed netcam.) Team Alberta only scored one goal on the net with the camera in it (none for Burlington as they were shut out) but I got lucky and got the shot.
