The Canmore Nordic Centre hosted the IBU Cup Biathlon, where sunny skies saw Canada's Megan Heinicke finish third in the women's individual 15km race. Megan's shooting was her strength, being the only competitor to hit all 20 targets.

Canada's bobsleigh and skeleton teams hit the track at Winsport Canada Olympic Park for the FIBT World Cup. I followed the team around during training runs, warm ups and shop work. They were great.

Canadians did great through Saturday at the Canada Post Freestyle Grand Prix at Winsport. Justine Dufour-Lapointe won silver and Michael Kingsbury won gold in the moguls competition. American Sho Kashima was injured but still finished with bronze. Great weekend, great competition.
